[Well. This sucks.

And is quite painful too. I mean really, being strung to a tree by your underwear must be incredibly painful. Atsuro's just in luck, since that's exactly the predicament he's in right now! So you may find this loser ~~rolling around in a trash can~~ flailing around in a tree -- I mean.. this poor, confused new feather somewhere around the village, hanging from a tree and flailing around a bit while trying to get down.]

H-hey, can someone help me down...?! [WHAT IS EVEN GOING ON HERE.]

[Aaaand once that awful incident is through with, Atsuro will go ahead and tinker with his new fancy journal thing and throw up an entry! Just a tad too embarrassed to do it over video so.. Here, have some guy-who-is-literally-butthurt's voice.]

And the most I know right now is that this place is called Luceti, right? And that some people called the Malnosso brought us here. That's about it though.

[Not far from where he is right now!] I'll fill in the details for you later when we meet up, but basically? We're stuck in Luceti and the Malnosso do experiments on us.

Experiments? That... doesn't sound too good. But alright, see you in a bit! I'll just hang around the fountain here in the mean time.

[Aaand whenever Kouki gets there, he'll find Atsuro sitting next to the fountain, engrossed in messing around with his journal.]

[Surely Atsuro can even hear his best friend's voice calling out for him?]

[But of course! When he hears his Kouki calling out for him, he looks up, spots him, and waves. Sup bro.]

[He runs over to him, to really see that his friend's here. A part of him wonders if it's a trick, but the Malnosso isn't that much of a prickball to do this during an experiment, right?

Hey, Atsuro! Doing alright since you arrived?

[Fortunately for Kouki, it really is Atsuro, no tricks of the Malnosso included. Well, besides him bringing him here, of course. And dumping him onto a tree.]

Yeah, I have! Well, I only just got here a few hours ago, so... How about you? I had no idea you were here too. [And he's pretty damn happy that he is. I mean, BFF.]

I've been here for a while. A pretty long while, actually.

[He smiles, seemingly not bothered by how long he's stuck here for.]

And like everyone else, I was brought here when I first arrived.

...Really? A long time? But... What about the war with the demons and the angels? Weren't you just there?

[Yeaaah nobody has informed him of the whole time situation here in Luceti yet.]

Don't worry about it. Time's basically stopped back home, so whenever I get back, I'll be right where I was in the demon world.

[Strategising with his generals on how to effectively go against the heavenly host and all.]

Woah, is... is that even possible? [Or rather, how is that even possible?] It didn't seem like time was stopped or anything, and you've been here for a while so... But then again, I wouldn't feel like that was the case, would I? Man, that's confusing..

[And it kinda sucks to think about the fact that Kouki would be back in the demon world. After all, it'd mean that Atsuro would be back to waiting for him to return, wouldn't it? Buuut at the same time, being stuck here doesn't seem to be so great either. So conflicting.]

Yeah, it is. I try not to think too much about it and stick with 'time stopped' for now.

[Yeah, it would. Kouki may have promised to come visit, but the war will take priority if he want to stick to his decision. But being stuck in Luceti? Well, it's not always great. A war and the possibility of an actual death or worse, if God wish to punish him, or a world of experiments, forced drafts and the emotional problems of being in Luceti.]

Yeah, that sounds like a good idea. I'll try not to either.

[He can hardly even wrap his head around the idea as is. It just makes no sense. Then again, this place seems to hardly make any sense as is. It'll just have to take some time before Atsuro can really make an opinion on Luceti. Way too much to get used to and all.]

[While Kouki would selfishly want Atsuro to be by his said, he knows being back home in the human world is best for his friend. Where it's safe. For as long he keep the war away from humans.]

In the meantime, let's get you settle in.

[Whatever the case, Atsuro's just happy to be back with Kouki at least for a bit. Though he still can't help but wonder about ~~Yoohoo~~ Yuzu some.]

Yeah, sure! ...Actually, I've been meaning to ask: Where do people stay here, anyway?

There's the apartments around the village, as well as the houses if you want a bigger space.

[Point in the direction CH7 is at.] I'm staying at community building seven right now.

Oh, right. Everything's free here, isn't it? [He... still doesn't really get how that works, but hey, he's not complaining.

He looks over in the direction Kouki points in.] Your own apartment? [Headscratch. Hmm.] Do you think I could stay with you in the mean time? At least until I settle in and figure out where to stay. [OR EVEN FOREVER SINCE WE'RE BROS.]

Yep. With all kinds of people from many different worlds, I figured the Malnosso can't be bothered picking a currency system for us to use. [WHAT IF THEY'RE COUNTED DIFFERENTLY FROM YEN]

And sure! You're always welcome to stay over whenever you like. [OR ALWAYS BECAUSE WE'RE BROS.] It's just me and my cat in there, anyway.

Yeah, that'd be kinda tough to do, wouldn't it? With all the different worlds and all. And even if they created a new currency here, I'm sure people would just end up being really confused by it.
