[Well. This sucks.

And is quite painful too. I mean really, being strung to a tree by your underwear must be incredibly painful. Atsuro's just in luck, since that's exactly the predicament he's in right now! So you may find this loser ~~rolling around in a trash can~~ flailing around in a tree -- I mean.. this poor, confused new feather somewhere around the village, hanging from a tree and flailing around a bit while trying to get down.]

H-hey, can someone help me down...?! [WHAT IS EVEN GOING ON HERE.]

Well, I figured you must be, considering what you asked about. But I'm kind of new here, too -- I came in on the last New Feather cycle about two months ago.

Oh, really? In that case, you're fairly new here too, aren't you? [A pause.] What do you think of Luceti so far? [He's been hearing mixed answers, so he's kinda curious as to what Pao-lin has to say.]

I like it! Even if I'm away from home and most of my friends, and even though really weird things happen here. And there's no internet, either...

No internet at all? ...Man, that much sucks. [brb suicide. Siiigh.]

But if even with all of that you still like it here, I guess there must be some good things about this place.

Yep! For one thing, everything's free, like food and stuff. So I can eat as much as I want!

Yeah, that part about it is definitely pretty awesome! Though it gets me kinda wondering how Luceti runs like that. I mean, people have jobs here, right? But it's not like they're getting paid for it or anything.

I heard people say that they do it because it gives them something to do in Luceti. I think it's nice that we're all helping each other out, though, even if we're not getting paid for it.

I agree! It really is pretty nice of them to do that. And the same goes for all the other people I've met so far, since they've all been really helpful and all. There's a nice community here, isn't there?

Yep! I was really surprised. For being stuck here against our will, it's kind of a nice place to be stuck, you know? [Even without internet.]

[sob internet] Guess so! Between the nice and helpful people and the fact that we're given whatever we need for free [besides internet. sob.], that's definitely a good way to look at it. And at least it's pretty spacious here, too.

Yep! Probably because there's only 300 or 400 people here, which is a lot less than where I come from. [Hooray for hailing from sort-of-Manhattan-twenty-minutes-into-the-future.]

Oh, really? What's the population where you're from? [Just an estimate is cool.]

Umm...I'm not exactly sure, but I think it's something like two million people.

That must've been a huge change, huh? The population where I'm from is a lot more than even that [like six times? :'|a], so I guess it'll take some getting used to. Four hundred people here is sure better than having over two million crammed within the barrier though, so...

Ugh, yeah. Two million people in Luceti would be terrible, that's for sure...

Well, there are a bunch of shops in the plaza that you can check out. I found my own clothes in one of the clothing shops when I arrived here.

That's where I found my clothes too. Buuut... What I'm looking for isn't that. It's kind of like a game system.
