[So! June 11! It's a very special day for Atsuro. Well, it should be, anyway. He doesn't pay much mind to it. But today marks the eighteenth anniversary of his coming out of his Wi-Fi-lacking nerdlinger womb. Of course, he finds the day no different from yesterday, but the thought of him being eighteen is still kinda weird.

But that matters not. What interests him more are the results of some of his findings after examining Hiro's cell phone and comparing its demon-summoning application to the one on his COMP. Seeing as how demons can't actually be summoned here, he couldn't find much, but the few things he did discover were pretty interesting and got him wondering about some ~things~. So sometime around noon he'll throw up a voice entry asking about said things.]

Yo, Luceti! I've got a question for you all. So lots of people here have creatures other than animals in their home worlds, right? I was wondering if any of you could tell me about them, especially if they can be, er... summoned. If not, that's fine too. I'm just kinda curious. Thanks!

...I've no idea how it works exactly, from the summoner's point of view. You'd have to ask Rydia, but she's taking part in a mission at the moment.

I've no doubt she'll be happy to answer most of your questions. She's quite attached to her Eidolons and her ability to summon them.

Are you inquiring about monsters for a particular reason?

Just curiosity, really. I was looking into the ones I have back at my home earlier this week, along with those of a friend of mine, so I got a curious as to what other creatures are out there in other people's worlds.

Are there any patterns? Otherworldly creatures could very well be shared between multiple lands...

A lot of them, actually. Comparing to what you told me, in my world, we had demons that were summoned and had to be defeated for someone to borrow their power. They're from another world parallel to my own, too.

Which means it could be something of a constant, between the world where it exists. I wonder if there is natural summoning magic in Luceti, too?

Yeah, I guess so. And if there is, I'd like to know about it. [Especially since he can't summon any of his own demons here, despite having his COMP.]

I doubt the Malnosso would be willing to share that particular information.

[Darn.] I didn't think so. You don't think there could possibly be any books in the library about it though, do you?

Perhaps not about the local tradition, but there could be books about summoning in general. Those could indirectly give us a few hints.

That's at least better than nothing, I guess. I'll have to look around and see if I can find anything on it.

Good luck with that. Surely the Malnosso cannot have destroyed all the books on the subject.
